I started in ecommerce in 1997 — before platforms, before playbooks, before most people were even shopping online. We were figuring it out in real time, on dial-up, with no guarantees.
With 25+ years as an entrepreneur, I know firsthand the challenges of starting, growing, and managing a business — the highs, the struggles, and everything in between. In 2003, I built my second ecommerce business into a 7-figure brand, ranking on Page 1 of Google. Since then, I’ve started and scaled multiple ventures, coached thousands of entrepreneurs, and for the last five years I’ve run SKU Agency, designing and developing dozens of ecommerce sites as a certified Shopify Expert.
